Payment and delivery in UAE

Payment is made within the UAE when the order is received (Cash on Delivery). The order is delivered to the customer through a company specializing in shipments. The delivery company service covers all major cities in the Emirates and remote areas. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to major cities if the product is already available.

Important information about delivery within the UAE:

• The order is delivered to a company specialized in delivering shipments and they have no relationship with our customers. The customer pays the value of the order to the delivery company, and the latter returns the amount to the site management.
• Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after confirming the order. Please be patient and contact us after a week if you do not receive a call from the delivery company representative.
• Delivery times are usually between 10 am and 10 pm. Orders are delivered according to the delivery company representative's route plan in his respective areas.
• If the customer needs to receive an order at a certain time, this is coordinated with the operations manager of the delivery company (contact us to provide you with his number). The possibility of this depends on the representative’s plan, work pressure, and other factors.
• Please make sure that your mobile is working, keep it nearby, cooperate with the delivery company representative, and describe the address accurately.
• If the delivery company representative leaves your area, it is difficult to return to your area. The order will be delivered the next day in this case.
• When changing the receiving address, the order is returned to the shipping company's office. And re-sent it with the representative of the new address area. Address change causes delay in receiving, avoid this.
• The customer is not allowed to open the shipment before paying its value, and the delivery company representative cannot wait for the customer for more than 15 minutes.
